This Privacy Policy describes how QA Assistant LLC ("QA Assistant LLC," "We," "Us," or "Our") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with Our websites, Software, Services, support activities, communications, and related business operations. - If your organization provides your access to the Software or Services, your organization and its Account Administrator(s) may provide Us with your contact information, role, permissions, and related account data.
- Disclosure of Information
- We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose personal information and related data as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
- We may disclose information to:
- affiliates, contractors, subcontractors, advisers, auditors, insurers, licensors, and service providers that support Our business or the Software or Services

- Some information may not be directly accessible to you, may exist in backups, logs, archives, support systems, billing systems, or security systems, or may otherwise be retained as permitted by law and Our operational needs.
